MY POLICY STATEMENT ON A.I. AND A.I. TRAINING

I absolutely do not consent to, nor do I license my voice to any A.I/synthetic models or voice clones and warrant all contracted work with me to be performed by me and me alone. Failure to comply will result in a $65,000 fine.

Clients must expressly agree NOT to utilize any portion of any recordings or performance of Talent other than those specified in the initial agreement between the parties including (but not limited to) the creation of synthetic voices or for machine learning.

Specifically, the client shall NOT utilize any recording or performance of Talent to simulate Talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized (“digital double” voice, or likeness of Talent.

Lastly, I will not lend my voice to any project with any A.I. GENERATED material, whether it be the copy, illustrations, film, or animation material. I will work on 100% HUMAN MADE material only. It is mandatory that those wishing to employ my voice be forthright on if any, or which A.I. is used in their project. Failure to comply with this will result in a $65,000 fine! Generative A.I. is trained on stolen material without proper compensation to artists and is environmentally costly and it it is my firm conviction to not partake in its utilization.
